Our Precautions Against The COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

To Our Valued Customers,

During this unprecedented time, we want you to know that Rocking Nissan of Springfield is prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and our clients above all else. We also understand that many of our clients are maybe unable or unwilling to visit us in-person at present.


  • Our team has doubled its efforts in cleaning services in every area of our dealership. We have added hand sanitizers at the front entrances and throughout our store. We have placed a supply of sanitizing wipes near high traffic areas and armed various staff members with extras to continuously monitor said areas.
  • We are closely monitoring our surroundings and following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and further help to prevent the spread of the virus. Per its recommendations, we will ask any staff member who has traveled to infected locations or have been exposed to people who have traveled to said locations to self-quarantine for at least 2 weeks.

If you would like to purchase, lease, or service a vehicle but do not wish to come to our dealership, please give our team a call. We can provide creative solutions to help ensure you get the care you need, and we are committed to being responsive and flexible as the situation evolves.

For customers who would prefer to come to our dealership, please know that we remain open. We utilize cleaning methods as recommended by our public health officials and will have a variety of wipes and hand sanitizers available to employees and customers. We do ask that you reschedule your in-person appointment if you are feeling unwell.
